When I put this course together, I had two types of Assistants in mind.
The first was the relatively new Assistant. I thought, what would be the best way to help someone quickly find their feet, in what is always a challenging environment?
My answer was to create this course with a mix of incredibly helpful articles and amazing videos which cover all of the essential skills.
Once a new Assistant has completed this course, they will be able to settle, exceptionally quickly, into their role in any organisation!
